A good 10 years ago, I planted a hedge on the south side of our property, which consisted of around 200 Thuja Smaragd plants. These were carefully placed in the ground along a guideline. The plants I bought from a nursery were barely taller than 20 cm, including the roots. Watering the hedge took a lot of time in the summer, which prompted me to look for a solution to optimize this process.
