Balcony power station – Set up the Solarman app
With a balcony power plant it is possible to cover the basic consumption of electricity in the household. But how do you monitor power generation? How do I know if the system is actually profitable? Quite clearly: with a program for analyzing, evaluating and monitoring PV power generation. Balcony power plant – PV modules and inverters In my blog entry 800W Balcony Power Plant Easy Install & Optimize Yourself I described in detail the setup and connection of a 800W balcony power plant. The matching video can also be seen there. While the PV modules merely convert the sunlight into direct current, the inverter performs other tasks in addition…

800W balcony power plant easy to install & optimize by yourself

Now I am replacing my 300W balcony power plant with a new 800W balcony power plant. In addition to the new PV modules, I renew the substructure, the microinverter and, of course, the connection to the house grid. During my rebuild, a few questions came up, which I would like to answer with this entry and my video: 👉 What components does a balcony power plant consist of? 👉 How to fix a balcony power station?…

It is therefore necessary to think about cost-effective alternatives. Making electricity yourself – what alternatives are there? I can’t really make myself self-sufficient from an external power supply in Germany. Whether electric power from photovoltaic modules, wind power or even combined heat and power plants: Either I am dependent on the whims of nature, as with solar and wind power, and or on an external energy source such as oil…
